All services are prepaid unless otherwise specified. Refunds are not issued once a campaign has begun, except in cases of non-delivery.

Campaign materials, creatives and content developed by AGCO Digital remain our property unless agreed otherwise. Clients receive usage rights after full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee specific ad performance or ROI. AGCO Digital is not liable for losses due to platform policy changes, account suspensions or technical failures.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
